Camp Eddy’s RV Park is brand new and a one of a kind experience in Grand Junction! Our property is uniquely in an urban environment, while still providing the space and tranquility of a nature filled RV Park. This is because our RV Park is nestled into the beautiful Las Colonias Park in Grand Junction! This park is an expansive and beautiful green space with the Colorado River running through the center. The park is filled with walking and biking trails, river recreation and outdoor sports rentals, and the Amphitheater with headlining acts in the summer.

We are the only RV Park around that allows for this central accessibility to the park and all of Grand Junction, while still providing a gorgeous outdoor environment! Whether you’re here for a single night, a week, or more, we know you will love this experience.

For the off-grid vanlifer seeking a beautiful place to park with great amenities and no hookups! No Tents allowed. Guests can reserve a van/camper site and stay in their car if it has been intended for sleeping and is self-contained (ex: camper vans, truck campers, rooftop tents). Unfortunately, this does not include regular sized vehicles with the seats down or truck beds. If you are unsure if your setup will be allowed, please call our front office.

Camp Eddy was a great place for my son and I to stay in our camper van during his prospect camp at CMU. We were there two nights and were able to enjoy the common area (beautiful BTW), back patio, and the river walk. Bathrooms and showers were clean and neat. Staff was amazing and helpful. Beautiful, well designed campground, incredible location. The campground itself has clean, modern facilities (including great laundry facility), full hookups (always much appreciated), and a friendly, accommodating staff. It's located right on the Colorado River, with an extensive trail system that leads to the Amphitheater (easy walk), and an excellent disc golf course (also within walking distance).
