Camp Eddy is offering discounted, extended stays throughout the winter in our new tiny homes, renovated airstreams, and RV spaces.

These are 28-day stays only per local regulations and will be taxed (final rates shown below). These stays can be renewed if both parties find this agreeable.

Pricing:

Tiny Home #11: $1,100 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,313 with taxes)

Greeley Airstream: $975 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,169 with taxes)

Salida Airstream: $950 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,1,141 with taxes)

Lori Ruiz Tiny Home: $1,200 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,204 with taxes)

Steamboat Airstream: $925 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,112 with taxes)

Dolan Geiman Tiny Home: $1,100 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,313 with taxes)

Emily Adamson Tiny Home: $1,100 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,427 with taxes)

Delta Airstream: $950 per 28 days, sleeps 2 ($1,141 with taxes)

Details: These units include a private bathroom and kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and access to onsite coin operated laundry is included. Each unit has an assigned parking space. These units do not include linens, towels, rugs, or artwork.

RV SITE INFORMATION.

Camp Eddy is offering discounted 28-day RV Site reservations throughout the winter. These stays can be renewed if both parties find this agreeable, but you may be asked to move to a different site. These stays are 28-day stays only per local regulation and will be taxed (final rates shown below).

Pull-thru Full Hookup

Cost: $1050 per 28 days + electric/taxes/fees

Details: Free Wi-Fi, access to onsite coin operated laundry, access to The Hub (indoor space and outdoor patio), access to bath houses

Back-In Full Hookup

Cost: $950 per 28 days + electric/taxes/fees

Details: Free Wi-Fi, access to onsite coin operated laundry, access to The Hub (indoor space and outdoor patio), access to bath houses

Back-In Full Hookup 30amp

Cost: $830 per 28 days + electric/taxes/fees

Details: Free Wi-Fi, access to onsite coin operated laundry, access to The Hub (indoor space and outdoor patio), access to bath houses

Terms:

  • Subject to background screen.

  • All guests must sign a 28-day stay agreement prior to arrival and each month you stay after

  • Stays are for 28 days - stays can be renewed if both parties find this agreeable, but you may be asked to move to a different accommodation

  • Utilities are included for Tiny Homes and Airstreams, electric billed back for RV Sites

  • Camper age  - not older than 10 years except upon approval

  • RV Site maximum capacity: Up to 2 adults and 4 kids

  • You must be able to move your own rig - having your camper dropped off by another person is not allowed.

  • $500 refundable deposit is required for accommodation and RV sites.

  • Pets: Dogs are allowed with a monthly agreement, and $50 non-refundable fee, 1 dog maximum in rented accommodations. No other types of pets are allowed in rented accommodations.

  • Guests will not receive any tiny home/cabin housekeeping services. (Housekeeping can be offered for an additional fee).

  • We cannot accommodate more than the max occupancy that is listed for each unit.

  • Guests must supply their own linens and towels. Rugs and artwork are not included in the accommodations.

  • Flatware, dishes and cooking utensils are included in the rentals under the agreement terms
