At Camp Eddy, we’ve designed our property to feel like an easy, comfortable home base for extended stays in Grand Junction. Whether you’re settling in for a 28-day stay or the whole season, you’ll enjoy:

Modern Restrooms & Onsite Laundry with private changing areas and laundry facilities
Pet-Friendly Spaces including a dedicated dog park and plenty of walking paths around the property
The Hub is our central gathering space, open to all guests, with ample seating and a fire pit. Select sites come equipped with their own picnic table and fire pit
Convenient On-Site Amenities including access to the river, shared grills, onsite store, and onsite laundryincluding river access, shared grills, onsite laundry, and a store stocked with souvenirs, snacks, general items, canned beer, seltzer, and wine.

1.Inquire
Fill out our short inquiry form to let us know you’re interested.
2. Background Check
We’ll send an authorization form for background screen. Once screen is approved, you’re on to the next step.
3. Sign the Agreement
Review and sign our Extended Stay Agreement.
4. Payment
We’ll process your first month’s rent plus a refundable security deposit.
