Food Trucks at Camp Eddy

Hey Grand Valley! We are looking for awesome local food trucks to join us at Camp Eddy for the summer. We are located on the east end of Las Colonias Park, with traffic from people recreating in the park, local businesses, zipline participants, Camp Eddy guests, and residents of the Eddy Apartments. Our goal is provide delicious and convenient meals to our guests and the larger community around Las Colonias Park!

We are still looking to fill dates in June (9,10,30), and are now scheduling out for July, August and September. Please fill out the form below with your availability!

What are the dates?

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from May through September.

Are there any fees?

Not to start! To kick off our first summer and create relationships with many food trucks, there is no fee.

Are there any hookups available?

Yes, food trucks will have access to water and electricity at the site. Sewer is accessible for grey water only, as food grease/oil must be carried away and deposited in facilities made for that use.

How do I get started?

Fill out the form to the right and we will be in touch! If both parties are satisfied with the details, you will sign a food truck agreement with confirmation of the agreed upon dates, hours and cancellation policy.

I am interested in a more consistent schedule. Is that an option?

To start, we will schedule food trucks on an ad-hoc basis. For some food trucks this may be once, for others it may be a handful of days. If it is a good fit, we can open up the conversation for next steps around a more consistent schedule at Camp Eddy.
